A decade ago, it was far more difficult to accept that a service provider of any kind could deliver services remotely. Thanks to technological advances, working remotely is standard. For example, our accounting firm is in Bloomington, IL., our payroll company is based out of San Francisco and we have a virtual marketing assistant based out of Boston. We could go on with examples.

In the same way that these types of businesses can successfully deliver their full service remotely, we have pioneered and standardized our solutions so we can support law firms seamlessly, anywhere throughout the United States. Because of our focused approach of supporting only law firms using Apple technology, we have been providing support nationally since 2006.

In fact, the headquarters of one of our clients is in Pago Pago, American Samoa - literally in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Although our standing invitation to visit is tempting, we have never been on-site and have transformed their entire technology standards from being issue-ridden with lots of downtime, to being ultra-reliable, even as they added a second office in Boise, ID.

We have done this for over a decade and our standard hardware and network solutions deliver maximum uptime to our clients. Pair that with the most advanced Mac support tools for remote support and providing support - where you are - becomes a breeze. Whether you or your team needs support while working in the office, working from home or on the road, as they prepare for trial - we’ve got your back. We’ve even helped out our clients sneaking a little bit work in while on their European vacations.

That being said, there are some issues that require a person to be on-site. We’ve got that covered, although that doesn’t mean we’ll hop on a plane to fix the issue. In these cases what you really need is boots on the ground. Our national network of Apple Consultants and trusted technology providers allows us to source a local vendor to complete the work on our behalf while being guided by one of our technicians. We will cover the labor in these instances and we included this in your service fee.

We do not cover the cost of construction, such as running ethernet cables, items related to the build-out of an office space or mounting televisions on the wall in your new conference room, as these are jobs that would not be covered in your agreement even if you were down the road from us. In these cases, we will work with you to find potential vendors, source quotes and act as a liaison to get the job completed so you can feel confident you are getting quality work at a fair price.
