Megan, as the Operations Resource Coordinator, is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of quality service from our Help Desk team to our clients. With her thorough listening skills and communication skills, she has the awareness of all service related issues with our clients and has a developed process to manage those issues, keep track of all actions & tickets, and ensure client happiness. Ultimately, Megan wants to create smiles with every interaction at GlobalMac IT.

Megan graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining our team, she gained over 10 years of customer service and management experience which strengthened her organization, operations management, and customer experience skills. As the Operations Resource Coordinator, these skills are invaluable to our team and are necessary for providing positive experiences to our clients.

Megan cherishes her family and friends; she believes that the greatest gift in life is the time, love, attention and concern you can give your loved ones. Her most favorite thing is making memories with her soon-to-be husband, parents, brother and friends. Megan is also a strong advocate for rescuing animals in need as she has rescued fur kids; Franco the dog, Buster the dog, & Doodle the bunny.
