Help Desk Agent
Kevin joins our Help Desk team following several years working in K-12 independent schools. He was unsure he would enjoy that environment when he started but soon realized that the kids were more fun to work with than some of his previous adult clients.
Like many others at GlobalMac, IT, Kevin assisted thousands of customers as an Apple Genius before working in the schools. During his time at Apple, he won recognition for his empathy and interpersonal savvy.
Kevin earned his degree in Business Management from Pellissippi State Community College and previously founded a successful technical support consultancy.
Kevin has a natural passion for anything technology-related but specifically loves Apple technologies! He is always hungry for new knowledge, independently studying and seeking certifications in device management (MDM) and Microsoft systems.
As an active video game aficionado, he acquires and playtests new consoles and games as they're released. Kevin has already bonded with our help desk members in a tough competition of Nintendo Switch to relax after work.
Outside of work, he has a 4-year-old cat named Tiger, his right-hand man in life, who may make an appearance or two if you are lucky enough to be on a video call with Kevin.
