Help Desk Agent II
Dale Allen joins GlobalMac IT as a Help Desk Agent II.
He most recently worked four years as a contractor at Apple as a Tier 2 Advisor. While working as a contractor to Apple, he helped clients with their Macs, iPhones, Apple Watches, and security on their devices. Dale has his bachelor's degree in business management and has put that to good use in management roles he held before starting his IT career. He is now working towards his Master's Degree in Computer Science, specializing in Cyber Security.
Dale's experience dealing with the "oddball" tech issues at Apple helps him quickly dig into issues for our clients. He has a passion to help others and making sure his client’s issues are resolved. He is a rising star on the help desk team.
Dale currently lives near Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with his wife of 11 years and their five kids, ranging in age from 4 to 13 years old. Their family also includes three cats and a dachshund. Two of the family cats are special needs and receive lots of special care from the family.
Family life is essential to Dale; he spends most of his time playing games and engaged in other activities with his five rambunctious kids.
Dale includes his hobbies in the family's activities. They all enjoy creating modeling clay figures, painting and building worlds in Unreal Engine.
Dale is originally from Florida but grew up in North Carolina as part of a military family. Before moving to Oklahoma, he lived in Las Vegas, NV. It seems they enjoy seeing different landscapes, so who knows where they will land next.
