We are excited to announce a new member of our GlobalMac IT team. Abel just completed our extensive training program with flying colors and is excited to start supporting you!

Abel joins our Help Desk team following several years working in tech support roles at Apple and Diebold Nidorf.

Guadalajara, Mexico, is his hometown, the land of mariachi and tequila, and his native language is Spanish.

Christmas was extra special this year as Abel recently welcomed his newborn son,
Maximiliano, to his family.

Before moving to the United States, Abel had his own small computer/IT support
business and supported select government offices and a few local businesses.

Abel's experience owning his own IT company and at Apple and Diebold-Nixdorf
has already proven to be valuable to our team. He has embraced our systems and
best practices quickly to provide our clients with the excellent service we strive to

Able enjoys sampling many different foods, Italian food is his favorite, but it will
never outshine a 'good Carne Asada taco!"

Driving fast cars, tinkering with technology, and traveling keep Abel busy when not
working or cuddling his newborn. He has traveled to 15 different countries and
looks forward to increasing that number in the future.
